Then, as if her prayers were answered she is sent on her first mission; she has to go to Angel Creek to 'revamp' - or train - new vampires to guard and protect the humans in the city.
At first, I didn’t think
this book would
be my cup of tea, but I was wrong! This book was slow building, but about
halfway through, Revamped started getting fast-paced, action-packed, and I
couldn't stop thinking about the unadulterated uniqueness of this book! plus,
with the explosive ending I was sold! Yet, even with an ending like that there
are still some mysteries surrounding the characters especially Dawn and
Sebastian. Revamped is a vampire YA book, yet it’s unique in its own sense….
I’d
say Ada Adams, has a peculiar sense of humor because all the myths surrounding
vampires are present… yes, but not in the way norms has adapted to… I guess, if
that makes any sense. Revamped is a fascinating Debut Novel. … Laced with an
addictive quality.
I
sincerely liked how Adams built her characters, they all had different makeups
and didn't really dissuade from the storyline! It was a bit curious, in a good
way. I like the action and twist in the book… And the fact that Dawn’s ahhh…
make -up was really… ahhh… wait! I can’t say! That’s the surprise…. Well Dawn
our kick ass Heroine is a freaking Clone! Yep, A cloned Vamp! That got me hooked!
I can’t wait to see where this is going! Adams’s creativity is astounding and
after reading tons of Vamp books, I am surprise that this book did shock me. I
will read book two!

Wow. First off, love that cover! I woulda picked this book up purely because I thought the cover is amazing.. I haven't read YA in a while and when I do I'm really, really picky. It takes me a while to get back into YA, but this one sounds good :) Nice review. Adding this to my TBR. Thanks ^_^
