Stephan has lived the lifestyle of a Dominant for five years. After several rebellious teenage years, it gave him the stability and control he had been seeking after his parent’s death. As president of a not-for-profit foundation, he knows what his future holds and what he wants out of life. All that changes when a simple lunch with his college friend and Mentor, Darren, leads him to buying a slave.Thrust into a situation he never thought he’d be in, Stephan can’t walk away. He is compelled to help this girl in the only way he knows how.Brianna knows only one thing, she is a slave. She has nothing. She is nothing. Can Stephan help Brianna realize that she is much more than just a Slave?
SLAVE is one of the most exceptional books I think I’ve read.  Slave is about a nascent romance, yet it’s different and I was engrossed from start to finish.
'Slave', is distinct and thought- provoking, it’s a bit disconcerting yet fascinating!  It could put your mind in turmoil; especially if you are the type that constantly thinks about morality vs. social Norm.  Slave isn’t for everyone because It could be classified as BDSM genre book, but don’t expect to be reading lodes of “SEX SEX  SEX” scenes with this book.  Fact is, there are nil, zero, zilch.  This book is for fans of “Fifty Shades of Grey” I am!  Naturally, I loved it!

Stephan is a dashing, affluent Dominant; he is also a businessman who gets his boots off by collaring submissive yet he is a philanthropist, though lately Stephan hadn’t found any girl who would want to play in his playroom. He doesn’t have any subs and he doesn’t want one until a friend spoke of Brianna.
Brianna is a girl who was betrayed and forced into being a submissive by a cruel Dominant! She is a slave!  Emotionally, Bri… is fucked up! She has been beaten, broken, battered and humiliated until Stephan, Her new master.

This story is a journey between two people who want the same things yet different thing… in a way. (Two sides to a coin) Brianna needs to be put together and Stephan wants to help mend all her troubles and then some! The only problem is Bri… can’t show the affections Stephan would be needing in the far, far future and Brianna can’t seem to fathom the reason behind Stephan’s appreciation… , when the world has been almost pitiless… to her ever since she could remember.

Sherri Hayes is a new author I chose to read! This was recommended by a friend of mine and let me say I enjoyed every minute of her world and imagination! It was a wonderful read, it has an addictive quality to it and the cliffy was Jaw- dropping! I can't wait for “ NEED”, Book 2 of -finding Anna Series, because the cliffy in the end... was completely wicked!!! But most importantly, I want to see were this journey ends…

NEED, Finding Anna Series #2 By Sherri Hayes

Need is a book I enjoyed reading. It was emotional; heart pounding, funny; erotic, scary, mind burgling, overwhelming and I couldn’t get enough! I like the world Sherri Hayes has created; I like the fact that Hayes’s Finding Anna Series is thought provoking and unique to the extent that it defiles morality and social norm. I have read lots of books where the Hero and Heroine meet in peculiar situations, but Hayes’s centered characters met in a much curious circumstance, yet it had been an enlightening experience! I like the strength of the author’s Heroine, the reality of Brianna’s progress and the fact that Hayes wrote a story that would keep your mind in turmoil for a while.

NEED started right off where SLAVE ended. Brianna is still processing what Stephan had told her at the end of SLAVE.  Worst, she is having trouble dealing with the turn of event. The bare thought of leaving Stephan causes her heart to reel at the thought let alone the idea of it, but she couldn’t understand why. Brianna wants Stephan, she may even have feelings for him, but her confusion and fear is constant at the forefront of her mind.
Stephan is in love with Brianna. He is the same patient, polite, dashing, sexy Dom, who has vowed to care for Brianna until she orders him away! As the story unfolds, Stephan kept marveling at Brianna’s progress, still broken yet her strength enthralls him. However, there were obstacles that kept lurking around their haven that threatens Anna’s Progress! Also, a couple of new characters where introduced which gave the story tension, and a great deal of thrill. I liked it!

After reading NEED, I couldn’t help but ponder on my lingering thoughts, the first? Why can’t TWO wrongs make a right?  The second? Even if it’s wrong, couldn’t the end justify the means? Why? Why not? I came up with nothing; I didn’t find a satisfying answer to my thoughts no matter how often I tried I came up with nothing. For one thing Ian Pierce was wrong to treat Brianna the way he did, Brianna’s father is the worst of the lot for his alleged involvement. Stephan, HE is my enigma! The way Stephan acquired Bri, wasn’t different from Ian’s or Bri’s dad’s alleged deceit! Stephan, we all adore, but he did do something wrong when he’d bought Brianna, Yet his wrong seemed heroic and right! I don’t know how I felt about that… which is one of the reasons this book fascinates me.  I could go on for ages…what if Ian hadn’t been cruel? Why is Stephan the one? Is it his Compassion or…but I’d digress…

All in All, NEED was a quick and joyous read! The only hitch I have with this book is that is too short and I will have to wait an entire year to find out what happens!!!
Cliffhangers should be illegal!!
I can’t wait to read how the story ends… Will Anna be found? At what price? What will happen to Stephan when people know he’d Bought Brianna, Cal Ross? And most Importantly, the sheriff! Well-done Sherri Hayes, NEED was Addictive!  And The Ending was Ruthless! Not Fair!... it was Awesome.
