Naturally, four souls spells quadruple the trouble!

Having spent his whole life alone and without friends to call his own, Aden is delighted to meet Mary Ann, an introverted, scholarly girl who calms the voices in his head and accepts Aden for who he is. Aden soon finds out that his abilities are like a beckon for all supernatural and that he is a supernatural crowd-puller!

A vampire princess Victoria is one of the sup he’d drawn to Oklahoma and she is literally the girl of his dreams! But every love story what telling must go through turmoil or chaos or both. This book is the opening of an exciting young adult series that introduces us to a complex and darkly intriguing world of vampires, demons, shape shifters, witches and undead souls. I was captivated. I loved everything about this book! I literally could not put it down until I finished it! I was dismayed to find out that I have to wait for a year for the sequel!!! In this book I didn’t have to go through whom to pick or which lover suits the hero kind of drama!!! Instead the paired lover where paired brilliantly. I have always like Gena’s mind and the way she writes, but she always astonishes me on how she can make me laugh and cry all in one read… and hunger for more good books! She paves the way for writers She is a beacon amongst writers and her name will be remembered for a long time!!!

I was excited about this new series and I anxiously waited for the sequel. With a great deal of anticipation, I couldn’t stop wondering what would happen next! In this continuation, Aden is recovering from the battle that resulted in the death of Dimitri, the fiancé of his Vampire Princess girlfriend, Victoria. Dimitri, in a struggle for power-killed Victoria's father (Vlad) hoping to be crowned the "King" of the Vampires. Having killed Dimitri, Aden has become the reluctant human Vamp soon to be King! Also there is the case of the witches, from book one and their threats! They’d cursed him and his friends (Riley, Mary Ann & Victoria) to die unless they attend an upcoming witches meeting. While the four struggle to break the curse, Aden realizes they he might have the “mojo” the be a vamp king after all, seeing how the vamp beast reacts to Aden’s presence and touch! Main while, Mary Ann, Aden’s best friend has a problem of her own, she hasn’t eaten in days and seems to now be able to "drain" people of their powers. Riley becomes even more protective of Mary Ann and fears that she is becoming something that can destroy them all. Aden had a lot to deal with in the book, new kingly and his pending death (curse) should be foremost on his mind yet, he has to worry about school; keeping up with appearances around the D&M Ranch; juggling his 3 remaining souls (Caleb...who can possess people; Elijah.... predicts the future.... Julian...raises the dead); watching out for goblins that are hiding in the woods; and dealing with angry faeries. This book has a lot of drama, but it was captivating nonetheless. I like Gena’s work, but I think this book was a bit complicated and it wasn’t as good as the first installment. This book was a mixture of an intense love, mystery, thriller and humor… it was invigorating and the cliffhanger was mind shattering!!! I mean I can't wait to see how it plays out and how Gena Showalter is going to finish this series!!!! The ending was WOW! I didn’t see that. One. Happening. Jaw Dropping!!!!!
